The start of love letter to a city I hate

Last week I wrote in the margins of The Supper of the Lamb, “Pittsburgh demands to be written about. Love letters to a city I hate.” Then last night, I laid awake in bed, and wrote a little essay in my mind about a strange habit I picked up. It’s very “Sh*tty First Draft” of me. Today was a good, full day, and not a day for editing.
